Identity control with LiU-ID for students and employee
In order to post a notice on the notice board identity control with LiU-ID and password is required for employee and students. After the identity control the notice is published on the notice board and an email is sent to the advertiser for acknowledgment. That email also contains a link to follow in order to erase the notice from the notice board. To be able to erase inappropriate notices a copy of the email of acknowledgement is also sent to the administrator for the notice board.

Identity control without LiU-ID for external users
For external users who does not have any LiU-ID, verification of email address is required in order to post notices on the notice board. First after verification the notice is published on the notice board and an email is sent to the advertiser for acknowledgment. That email also contains a link to follow in order to erase the notice from the board. To be able to erase inappropriate notices a copy of the email of acknowledgement is also sent to the administrator for the notice board.
