Start working?
Linköping University provides career advisory services to graduate or postgraduate students. When the time comes to find a job, part time or full time, during the studies or after, it might be a good idea to have established some connections with the labour market through degree projects, internship or mentorship.
The Career Service
The Career Service Center is Linköping Universitys centre for working life and has the aim of facilitating the transition from studying to working life for students at Linköping University and increasing contact between students and employers in the region. As a student, you will be offered feedback on your CV and personal letters, guidance and coaching on work and careers. You will also find series of seminars on the art of looking for work and information on vacant positions. NB! Today, most of the information are written in Swedish and the activities require knowledge of the Swedish language.

InnovationskontorEtt (innovation centre)
You can contact InnovationskontorEtt if you are considering working in your own company or, if you have an idea that you would like to commercialise. InnovationskontorEtt can be found on all three campuses and you can receive free, confidential advice here. InnovationskontorEtt´s advisors can help you with everything to do with entrepreneurship, from answering tax questions to help with patent applications. InnovationskontorEtt also organizes a number of competitions and inspirational lectures over the year, such as the "Sommarmatchen" and Post-it Innovation Competition.

Skill Studentkompetens
Skill Studentkompetens i Linköping AB offers you, the student or new graduate, advanced jobs and assignments from companies throughout the country. The various assignments provided by Skills will give you the opportunity to gather experience of working life and references and, above all, to create a network of contacts for the future. By registering your CV on Skills’ website, you will have the opportunity to apply for vacant full-time and part-time assignments during and after your studies. You will also be put on a searchable list for recruiters and will come a stop closer to an exciting start to your career.
