Public computer rooms
The public computer rooms (Knutpunkten) can be used by all students at Linköping University. In these computer rooms, you can write your reports, essays, read your e-mail, surf on the Internet, and make print outs.

Availability
To access a public computer room you must be registered for a course or a programme and have a LiU-ID. If you want to access Knutpunkten in the evenings or weekends you will also need an access card/LiU-card.
Other computers
At Linköping University, there are also other computers which you can use to search on the Internet. You can find these computers at the university libraries and in the Zenit building, on the Valla campus. Some departments also have computer labs, designated for the use of their students.
Using your own computer
Use your own laptop computer to surf the Internet via the university system, whether wireless or wired.
