Helpdesk

This is the students' IT-support unit. The Helpdesk will help you if you have problems with e-mail, passwords, or if you have other questions about public computer rooms and programmes.

Computer Halls

All over campus there are public computer rooms/Knutpunkten open for all students at Linköping University. In these computer rooms, you can write your reports, essays, read your e-mail, surf on the Internet, and make print outs.

LiU e-mail

Here you will find information about how to get an LiU e-mail account and about the restrictions.

If you have lost your activation key, forgotten the password to your e-mail account or had your LiU-ID deleted, please contact the Student Service Desk.

Network

There are two types of wireless network at Linköping University, Netlogon and Eduroam.

Netlogon is very easy to get started with, but it will require you to log on each time you connect. Eduroam is a bit complicated to configure, but, in return, this only needs to be done once. After that, you will be automatically logged in when you have access to an Eduroam network.
