Rules and Regulations
In Sweden, the state is responsible for all activities in the higher education sector. The Swedish Parliament (Riksdag) and the Government decide what regulations are to apply and how resources are to be allocated.
The Swedish National Agency for Higher Education is the central agency supervising that the universities follows the given regulations.
Linköping University also provides several local regulations. Unfortunately most of the documents are in Swedish.
