Book a room
All students who have signed the Agreement of rules for use of computer, network and system facilities at Linköping University are allowed to book a room on campus for group work or self-studies.

Which rooms can I book?
You can find room to book in campus Valla and campus Norrköping. Some departements
have room to book for the students at the departement. Other students can not book these rooms.
Rules governing the use of rooms:
- Meals are not allowed
- Rooms may not be reshaped/refurnished
- Booked rooms not used must be immediately cancelled
- A student may book a maximum of 2x2 hours/day
- Schedule must follow the bookingperiods
- No reservation after 8 pm
- Only booking during semester
- Reservation expires after 30 minutes if the room is not used
