In the graphical schedule, click on the roomlink, in the text version of the schedule, click the document icon to the left and then at the room link.

This is how to transfer bookings from TimeEdit to your own calendar:

The best way to get bookings from TimeEdit to your own calendar is to subscribe to them (instead of importing them). This description only shows how you can find/copy a link from TimeEdit’s schedule display.

1. Search for the schedule of your choice on the TimeEdit web.
Depending on the operating system, the following setting may be applied in different ways:
2. Right click on the iCal link under the schedule and choose either:

     2.1 The option with the approximate wording "Copy Link Location"
or

     2.2 "Properties" and copy the .ics address at the top (not http://, only what comes after).
3. Paste the address into the dialogue box for subscription in the calendar program of your choice.
4. Indicate how often the calendar program should obtain information from TimeEdit.

The schedule contains a link to maps. In the graphic schedule, click on the premises link. In the text version of the schedule, click on the documentation on the left and then on the premises link.
