Operational status

Information about serious disruptions is sent to co-workers and students via email. The possibility to unsubscribe from information about disruptions is included in the mailings. In a serious disruption, you can choose to click "I am affected" on the case and you will receive future updates via email. These messages are also available on the service website, serviceweb.liu.se.

Planned maintenance cases are published on status.liu.se.

You are welcome to contact the IT Helpdesk if you experience IT related problems at LiU and need help.

Regular opening hours:

Monday and Thursday 08:00-20:00

Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 08:00-17:00
