How to manage Stress with Mindfulness

Mindfulness training can help you reduce your stress and increase the ability to focus. Help you learn more about yourself and the way you react to different situations in your life and how you could choose to respond more calmly and creatively. In this workshop The Student Health will introduce you to the basic idea of mindfulness and to a few practical mindful exercises. Welcome February 23.
