Do you need to slow down and focus? The Student Healthcare has recorded some mindfulness practices. You can listen to them everywhere, when it suits you. The recordings are made in Swedish and English.
Put on your headphones and take some minutes to slow down while listening to Breathing anchor or Thoughts-feelings-body. The Student health Care are available when you wants some mindfulness in your everyday life.
The digital offer is under construction, and the Student Health Care will be happy if you wants to give them suggestions about what practices you want them to record.
