The IT Helpdesk will help you if you have problems with for instance e-mail, if you have other questions about the public computer labs and software.
If you have lost your activation key or had your LiU-ID deleted, please contact Info Centre.
- Monday and Thursday 08:00-20:00
- Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 08:00-17:00
- Also available on-site in Valla Library on Mondays and Thursdays 17:00-20:00
Special “hotline” telephones directly to the Helpdesk support are available outside the Info Centre in Zenit building and outside room 2149 in Key building. You can also send an e-mail or send error reports via an online form (see the link above).
If you have problems with the wireless network, it's important that you provide a detailed description of the problem, with the following information: LiU-ID, MAC address, IP address, at what time a connection attempt was made and in which building.
