Training for peer students
Student Health is in charge of ensuring that training is offered to all the peer students who are assigned to the new students at the beginning of the semester. Every year more than 1,500 peer students are trained.
The goal of the training is to support the peer students in their role during the reception period (Studentmottagningen). And to give them perspective, knowledge and methods that can help them better take care of the new students.
The training is organised together with the student unions, and contains two parts. The first is a faculty-wide component where students from various programmes come together. The second is section-specific.
