Mindfulness

Mindfulness training helps you reduce your stress and increase the ability to focus. To be mindful is to be present in the moment. You can learn more about yourself and the way you react to different situations in your life and how you could choose to respond more calmly and creatively.

In this workshop you will be introduced to the basic idea of mindfulness and to a few practical mindful exercises. If you like you are welcome to participate more than once.

We want you to be an active and present participant, so if the workshop is digital we appreciate that you turn on the webcamera. How much personal experience you like to share is up to you. In this room we have a kind and supportive climate and we learn from each other.
