Workshop Stress and Mindfulness
Mindfulness training helps you reduce your stress and increase the ability to focus. To be mindful is to be present in the moment. You can learn more about yourself and the way you react to different situations in your life and how you could choose to respond more calmly and creatively.
In this workshop you will be introduced to the basic idea of mindfulness and to a few practical mindful exercises.
