Ladok - student register
Linköping University keeps a computer based register, called Ladok, covering all students. Regulations concerning this register are a part of Swedish law for university studies, SFS 1993:1153. In the register you can find information about your civil registration number, name, address, admissions to courses, participation in education and examinations, study results, grades, credits for education and diploma. The content of the register falls within the scope of the principle of public access to official records.
According to The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) EU2016/679 art. 15, those who are registered in Ladok have the right to take part of what is reported about them in this register. Application is to be made in writing, signed by the applicant and sent to:
Ladokgruppen, Study Administrative Office, Linköping University, 581 83 Linköping.
Report deficiencies in the Student website’s accessibility
The Ladok student interface needs to meet the requirement for accessibility in the Swedish Act on Accessibility to Digital Public Services.
The law requires that there is a way for users to report accessibility deficiencies. If you experience shortcomings, you can report it via LiUdesk.
