Student Service Desk

The Studentportal closes 26/11.

LiU plans to update and renew several systems, starting on 26 November. One of these is the Ladok student registry. This will affect students, since the student portal will close at the same time. Lisam will continue to work as normal. Remember to register for examinations before 23 November and take the opportunity at the same time to create any certificates that are required. The staff can not access the systems either during this period.

In order to make your student life easier the staff at the Student Service Desk and the Student Affairs Office can help you with different study administrative matters.

Many of the administrative issues  related to your studies you can do yourself in the Student Portal, for example, to register for your courses, see your study results, register for exams, select courses, order transcripts etc.

Support and service

At the Student Service Desks and at the Student Affairs Office (for students at the Faculty of Medicine and Health) you can carry out most student administrative matters, such as:

  • Collect your LiU-ID, or get assistance in case you have lost your activation key, forgot the password to your LiU-ID or had your LiU-ID deleted
  • Problems with registration in the Student Portal
  • Forgot the password to your student e-mail account
  • Get assistance if you cannot locate the lecture room where classes are held
  • Pick up course catalogues
  • Pick up application forms
  • Registration transcripts, transcripts of records and application documents

Application forms

Most application forms can be downloaded. Forms differ among the faculties, so make sure to select the Faculty or Institute that applies for you.

The departments also have their own service desks, where you can collect your written exams.
